The month of February is already almost over and March is just around the corner. We all know what that means! Snow season is ending and it’s time for one of the most popular activities in Quebec! Sugaring Off season! Or as some would call it, Cabane à Sucre season! That’s right! It’s that time of year again when we go up in the mountains to eat snow covered maple syrup and go on a little ride on a horse-drawn sleigh. And if you’re lucky, you might even get to square-dance! That’s probably the only time of year where you’re actually allowed to square-dance.
