If you’re a fan of HGTV and love their episodes on their tiny houses, then this festival is for you! This year, for the 5th year in a row, Montreal is hosting the tiny house festival. You will get to see first hand what it’s like to live in these tiny houses. See all the creativity and planning that goes into a tiny house. Get blown away by the different models that will be available for you to visit. Who knows, you might even get inspired to live in your very own tiny house! So, if you’re interested to see what all the hype is about, make sure to attend the festival! Don’t worry! We’ve got all the 4-1-1 on the festival so you can know everything there is to know about the tiny house festival!

When is the festival taking place?

On the weekend of September 14 and 15 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Where is the festival?

Parc Jean-Drapeau! An entire area has been cleared out to showcase all the fabulous creative tiny houses!

Address: 1 Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, Parc Jean-Drapeau, Île-Notre-Dame

Will there be any tiny houses to visit?

Yes definitely! A whole collection of tiny houses will be on display so you can visit and experience first hand what it’s like to live in one!

Is there parking?

As always, Parc Jean-Drapeau offers parking. However there is a cost and spaces do tend to get filled up rather quickly. So make sure to plan ahead if you are planning to drive and park there. Our advice? If you can, use the public transport. Will save you time and money!

How much do the tickets cost?

0$! You heard us! Entrance is free! So make sure to attend!

Will there be food on site?

Yes! Since it is a very touristic area, the event will have food on site. You will have a choice from a wide-range of food vendors and restaurants!

Can we sleep in the tiny houses?

Unfortunately not! We hear you though! How awesome would it be to spend the night in a tiny house? Who knows, maybe next year we can experience it!
